Rithu – Short Review
Saw Rithu from Sangeeth Theatre, Bangalore

Movie is good and watchable, though a little slow. Took some time to get adjusted to the movie. Its a different kind of movie. We wont see such movies in Malayalam often.
Most of the actors in the movie are new faces and they have performed pretty well.
2 songs are really good.
If the movie was a little more commercialized and a little more colorful, it could have been a super hit.
The movie is distributed by Mammootty’s PlayHouse.
Playhouse is trying new techniques for marketing movies. I got an excellent leaflet of Rithu after watching Puthiya Mukham. And today i got a leaflet of Jayaram’s Kanakanmani which is also distributed by Playhouse.
